Finding A Way

The last few days have been hectic. We played two shows in Birmingham and we had the best time ever chilling in Adders house. We were so lucky to get hooked up with it. He’s also such a good lad. The shows in Birmingham went really well and we’ve shifted at least a crewneck a night.

I was 21 on Wednesday and we had some laughs by trying to get into an indie club with all of us Adders, John 2nd city, Tommy and Luke from Lionheart and a few others. There was a massive fucking fight in the club a few minutes before we arrived and there was like 2 squad cars and an ambulance. The dudes on the door wouldn;t let anyone else in. So we just went back to  Adders and chilled. 90’s tunes were had and the buzz was good.

Yesterday we played Lowestoft which is this Atlantic City looking place on the east coast of England about 3 hours from London. The venue was pretty sweet and there was a 24 hour Asda nearby. There was no drumkit for a while because the dudes out of Strength Approach were being lame, but Tom S sorted it out and it was a really memorable show. It’s was cool to see kids moshing and not giving a shit. We stayed in this hotel forlike a 10er each, it was like fucking Fawlty Towers and I kept expecting to run into John Cleese.

Were in Colchester at the moment in Ben’s house and his parents have been so cool to put us up. Essex is really nice this is my third time here now but it’s the first time we got to do any non motorway driving so that was sweet. We got to see where Tom and Becca live and it just seems to be a really nice countryish area. We’re playing the Arms tomorrow and  I’m really excited to see Meltdown and Bitter End again.

It’s weird being21 I suppose. It’s weirder being away from home for my birthday but I’m having such a sweet time. It’s so cool meeting so many amazing people and genuine ones too. I wouldn’t do this any other way. Fuck hotel tours.

In the van we’re listening to Lionheart XXX, Sum41, Shook Ones, Get The Most and Verifier was played today aswell. We also got added to a show in Norwich last minute for saturday which is slick as fuck.

The new Cadbury’s Creme Egg twister bars are unreal, GET INTO IT.

We played Leeds last night. I had a good buzz. The dude running the show was ropey as fuck. In the last 24 hours I’ve eaten a cold pasty from a service station that was cool. The venue in Leeds was pretty cool, when we walked in it was like the Ambassador but when we went downstairs there was like a cool little room. It was too bad that all the shit went wrong and people were saying that the buzz was bad but I didn;t notice it and had a rad time. We sold a crew neck aswell which was cool.

I bought some merch and cd’s I’m happy.
